REFUND POLICY

Product Returns

You have the right to return the products you purchased, without being obliged to inform us of the reason for which you wish to return the products, within 14  calendar days from the date of receipt, together with their packaging and the documents that accompany them (proof of purchase, warranty, etc.). For product returns, please contact us at the email: info@margaritari.gr .

Right to Change

You have the option to exchange the product within 14 calendar days of receipt with any other piece of jewelry of your choice, of the same value as the first one or greater. You will be responsible for the return and shipping costs of the replaced product.

Right of Witdrawal

In the event of a product being returned and not replaced with another, the company will pay the amount of your order within  14  working days from the date of receipt to your bank account, simply indicating the  IBAN  of your account,  without incurring any costs other than the return costs.

Returns are only accepted if:

1. The special tag of the company Margaritari.gr (Guarantee) has not been removed from the jewelry or damaged in any way.

2. The  product  has not been worn beyond testing.

3. The  product  is in its packaging and in the condition in which it was delivered to you.

4. All accompanying items such as the box, warranty, shipping note and proof of purchase are returned as they are part of the product.

5. It is well packaged so that it does not suffer damage during transportation.

Jewelry that is returned and does not meet the above terms and conditions for product returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the recipient at their own expense.

Jewelry modified in terms of design, size, length  , etc. according to the customer's order is not refundable.

Margaritari.gr   bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to the product during return transportation .

Margaritari.gr  has the right to request compensation from the customer, in case the products are returned incomplete-damaged.
