margaritari.gr, in application of the principles of personal data protection and in accordance with the provisions of International European Law regulating issues related to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, Presidential Decree 131/2003), as well as those set forth in Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, which regulates issues related to distance selling and the relevant provisions of Law 2472/1997 on the protection of the individual and the protection of personal data, as supplemented or amended by the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Committee, Presidential Decrees 207/1998, 79/2000, Law 2819/2000 (art. 8) and Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC, expressly and clearly declares that it will not make any unlawful use of your personal data nor will it disclose, make public, exchange, sell or rent your personal data and the information submitted to any third party. It is noted that your personal data will be permanently deleted upon your request and cannot be transferred to anyone in any way. margaritari.gr  makes every effort to display the products it offers with the greatest possible accuracy by displaying photographs  , descriptions and more specific comments. However, this website may contain errors (typographical, numerical and illustrative).

margaritari.gr  reserves the exclusive right to renew or modify the terms and conditions of transactions and undertakes the obligation to promptly update this text for any modification, change or addition made to these terms.

All prices presented in the online store include the legal VAT in force. These prices concern the quantities available in our warehouse, while  margaritari.gr  reserves the right to adjust the prices.

You have the right to return the products you purchased, without being obliged to inform us of the reason for which you wish to return the products, within  14  days from the date of receipt, together with their packaging and the documents that accompany them (proof of purchase, warranty, etc.). For product returns, please contact us first by phone at  211 800 6800  or by email:  info@margaritari.gr .

You also have the option to exchange the product within  14  working days of receipt with any other piece of jewelry of your choice, of the same value as the first or greater.

In any case, you will be responsible for the shipping and return costs of the replaced product  (8.00 € ) .

1. The special tag of the company Margaritari.gr (Guarantee) has not been removed from the jewelry or damaged in any way.

2. The  product  has not been worn beyond testing.

3. The  product  is in its packaging and in the condition in which it was delivered to you.

4. All accompanying items such as the box, warranty, shipping note and proof of purchase are returned as they are part of the product.

5. It is well packaged so that it does not suffer damage during transportation.

Jewelry that is returned and does not meet the above terms and conditions for product returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the recipient at their own expense.

In case of returning a product and not replacing it with another, the company will pay the amount of your order within  14  working days from the day of receipt to your bank account, simply indicating to us the  IBAN  of your account. The shipping and return costs of your order (8,00 € ) will be deducted from the amount deposited in your account  .

Jewelry modified in terms of size or length, etc. according to the customer's order is not refundable.

margaritari.gr   can serve customers from all over Greece. All orders are shipped free of charge to all cities in Greece without any charge to you by  ACS courier. Your orders are shipped depending on the availability of products , usually on the same day. In the event that your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to inform us if you wish to complete it. Please note that for distances of more than 20 kilometers from cities where there is a courier company, as well as in some remote areas, there may be an additional delay.

All transactions you make through  margaritari.gr  are governed by International and European law regulating issues related to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, Presidential Decree 131/2003) as well as by the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994) which regulates issues related to distance selling.
