As Luma is an annual subscription service providing immediate access to our digital platform, all payments are generally non-refundable once processed.

3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate accidental charges.

  • Cases where the service was not accessible due to a technical issue on our part, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Any requests for an exception will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
