By accessing and using Luma's invoicing platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

To use Luma, you must register for an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Luma provides an online tool for generating and downloading invoices in PDF format. We aim for high availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features are subject to change.

Access to the Service requires an annual subscription payment of £35.99. All payments are non-refundable, except as explicitly required by law. Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled.

All content and functionality of Luma, including the design, text, and software, are the exclusive property of Luma Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of Luma without permission.

You agree to use Luma only for lawful purposes related to your tutoring business. You must not use the Service to generate fraudulent invoices, engage in illegal activities, or attempt to disrupt our platform.

Luma is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or always available. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

Luma Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Luma, beyond the amount paid by you for the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luma Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Luma or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to Luma immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of Luma after changes constitutes acceptance.
